House of Farrington provides that outlet for me - a collection of thoughts, ideas, worries, everything from my head.
It’s a way for me to manage my mental health.
Some people write their thoughts onto paper before going to bed. I’m a bit more digital than that (and also don’t want the paper clutter).
Everything on this site is pretty much a brain dump.

House of Farrington is my outlet for creative freedom. My brain tends to think up new things to do every day, which can be very tiring. My therapist suggested keeping a thought journal. This is that. Kinda.
This is a collection of creative masterpieces, rushed drawings, failed business ventures, successful companies, daily thoughts, internal monologues, gripes about society...
Pretty much everything from my head.
I see it as a more creative way to manage my mental health, helping me to cope with stress, anxiety and compulsions.
